Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services.

 

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.

 

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

All cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are managed through GlossGenius and are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to follow these policies may result in fees or forfeiture of deposits.

 

 

Deposits

 

 

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our booking policies.

 

 

Products

 

 

Unused, unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within [X] days of purchase. Used or opened products are non-refundable.

 

 

Gift Cards

 

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy violations, missed appointments, or failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.
